Jim has deep international experience in corporate law, finance and property investment. He has lived and worked in New Zealand, Australia, Japan, the UK and the MENA region. Jim is an active investor and has been investing in property since 2008. He has undertaken several residential and commercial projects both in Australia and the UK. Now based in Melbourne, Jim is completing his Masters in Property Development at UTS. He also holds an LLB (Hons) (First), BA (Japanese), DipGrad (Māori Studies) from the University of Otage, a DipCert (Banking Law) from London City University and GradCerts in Finance and Alternative Investments from HBS Online. He has a keen interest in finance, economics and policy, and has been involved in youth mentoring and homelessness programmes in New Zealand, the UK and Australia.
Dr Sullivan is a medical board-certified specialist anaesthetist and pain medicine practitioner. He holds specialist fellowship qualifications in Anaesthesia and Pain Medicine, and was the Director of Pain Services at the PeterMacCallum Cancer centre from 2009 to 2012. He is now Director of Pain Services and head of fellowship pain training at Precision Brain Spine and Pain. He has held numerous academic and professional positions including state director of the Australian Pain Society. He has lived in Melbourne since 2005.
