VCAT has affirmed Yarra City Council's decision to grant a planning permit for our latest project on Little Smith Street, Fitzroy. Located at the intersection of vibrant Smith and Gertrude Streets, the development will enhance the local streetscape by refurbishing the existing heritage retail and commercial spaces and adding two high-end three-bedroom terraced townhouses. Each residence is designed to maximise urban living, with one featuring a rooftop terrace overlooking Yarra Bend Park and the other boasting an expansive balcony with sweeping city views. Right on the doorstep of Melbourne's iconic fashion, gastronomic and cultural hub, we can't wait for construction to begin in 2025.
