We will shortly commence the construction of two inner-city 4-storey terraced townhouses, together with a meticulous refurbishment and extension of the adjoining heritage retail and commercial space.

 

At the intersection of bustling Smith Street’s cafes, bars and restaurants and the Gertrude Street fashion and dining hub, these townhouses will reflect modern elegance and architectural innovation.  Each architecturally crafted residence spans four levels, boasting three bedrooms, a full-floor master suite, lifts for seamless accessibility, private car parks, dedicated studies, and multiple terraces offering panoramic views of Fitzroy's dynamic landscape.
