Our design philosophy is to offer a transition from isolated single-dwelling suburban living to a denser, more vibrant community. Based on LIAN architects' Future Homes Design, our modified design enhances the spaciousness and functionality of each apartment to accommodate existing furniture and growing families. Enhanced specifically for the needs of the local community by DX Architects, these residences maximise private amenity while integrating spacious indoor living with private open spaces. Each residence boasts its own dedicated private open space, master bathroom, and en-suite, with living ares flooded by natural light and all levels accessible by lift. Vegetable boxes and seating options adorn the landscaped gardens and provide opportunities for residents to mingle and connect, enhancing the sense of community within the development.
